Bunso's Spätzle

Gawa din daw sya ng Spätzle, lang hya nagpa-picture pa :-)

3 Eggs.....

and then Flour..... (sorry we don't measure it, basta yung Dough kailangan na hindi fluid.)

some Salt

She make a Smooth and Thick Dough.

She put it on a special Spätzle Machine, and press it over the boiling Water. Pag lumutang na yung noodles, luto na yun.

Hmmmm....sarap!
