Blue Mould
Cheese roughly raspeln, melt in the Chicken Broth till a sauce get smooth
with the help of a Mixer. Stir Flour and Wine. Sauce approx. 5 minutes
to boil up let taste, with the spices, warmly place. Noodles cook in
salt oil water, pour off, well to drip off and add to the creamy sauce.

Spinach-Lasagna

Cook spinach with some water and 15 g butter or margarine in a pot slowly. Spice with salt, pepper and nutmeg spice. If you use frozen spinach cook it after packing instruction with some water and butter or margarine in a pot slowly till it thaw. Cook the
lasagnas in plentifully cooking salted water in portions 7 to 8 minutes.
Take out and drip off side by side on a kitchen cloth. Meanwhile dip off tomatoes in a sieve. Divide tomatoes-pulp roughly, add with the juice to minced meat, steam, till liquid reduced. Strongly taste with the spices, mustard and herbs. Preheat the electric stove on 225 degrees. Melt the rest of the butter or margarine in a pot, add flour and stir till brown. Add milk and wine and let boil. Stir parmesan and melt. Cut Gouda in thin discs. Fat big ovenproof dish. Put half of the Goudas as the lowest layer, pile up the half of the lasagna noodle. Pour the whole minced meat and fill half of the white sauce. Add the spinach, the rest of the lasagna noodles and rest white sauce and rest Gouda. Put in the preheated oven and bake 30 minutes. Additonal: Fresh, Mixed Lettuce Salad. |
